Jackie is an engineer and co-founder of Essmart, where she focuses on getting life-improving technologies into the hands of those who need them most. Her research and fieldwork laid the foundation for Essmart’s distribution model. She is a Forbes 30 Under 30 honouree, Echoing Green Fellow, and Cartier Women’s Initiative Laureate.

Prashanth combines his expertise in green technologies with a deep commitment to rural development. His interests lie in agriculture and renewable energy, and he believes in leveraging science and technology to create lasting impact in rural India.

Poonacha has been with Essmart since 2012, leading expansion efforts and strengthening field operations. With a background in fertiliser sales, he works closely with shops, FPOs, and end users to drive adoption of impactful products.
